Konbanwa!
Sorry for not posting yesterday either. I guess this is becoming a once every two day thing now I suppose. Depends on the amount of homework.
Although I did have time yesterday, I really didn't want to write until I could get over myself. So, basically the 2nd round of the 9th Generation audition ends October 31st. And yeah, no one that applied overseas (including me) as far as I know was even contacted.
Last night, I was pretty much upset to the point where I started crying. Then I found out because of the typhoon the date was pushed to November 3rd. Actually, at the moment I feel kind of pathetic right now. As we speak, I'm putting a small bit of my own trust into a fortune cookie -_-"
Am I really that desperate? Who knows. My fortune cookies always lead me back to my dream though. Especially today's. "Luck will visit you on the next new moon." So when is the next new moon exactly? November 6th. Of course, something might not happen at all but you never know.
Anyways. Yesterday (or maybe 2 days ago at this point), the full MV for SNSD's new song "Hoot" was uploaded to SM Entertainment's official Youtube. Their comeback stage on Music Bank has also been uploaded ^^
Review:
I'm seriously loving Choi Si Won (from Super Junior)'s appearance in the MV. It makes me think of his new role in the upcoming drama (and sequel to the drama Iris) Athena, where he plays a new agent.
As for the outfits, they're gorgeous ^^ Even if they did look ugly, it probably would still look good on the Soshi girls in my opinion.
But what caught my attention the most was the choreography. Of course, as professionals they did it flawlessly. My favorite part of the choreo would have to be when they "shot" their arrows. Overall grade, A+++
And now for their performance on Music Bank (Be sure to turn your Closed Caption on for subtitles!)
Out of all the outfits they wore in the MV, the one they wore today is my favorite♪ After seeing the subtitles for this, not only is the song cute, but make a lot of sense to those who're in love. -cough.
Today also marked SHINee's goodbye stage on Music Bank as they wrap up promotions for "Hello" You probably saw this coming like I did, ne? With Jonghyun revealing his relationship, SHINee kind of has to keep a lid on things for a while. Then again, they've been promoting Hello for a while anyway.
It's not that I really mind his relationship, at this point I don't care anymore, but Jonghyun's smile and perfect vocals throughout the whole thing partially bothers me, and probably killed a bunch of other ShaWols. You can obviously tell through it that this performance of Hello was definitely dedicated to Shin Se Kyung.
I feel sympathetic towards the other SHINee members. Since word came out, SM has had to shield the members by having vans stand by outside the studio to avoid fans, and their waiting room for fans has also been barred off from the public.
You can't help but think that the Jonghyun's exposure was kind of selfish. Before you jump and say he had no control over getting caught, he absolutely did. Tons of idols cover themselves up on dates. Why would they choose that one night to leave it? Anyways, it's selfish because the other members have to limit their activities and be more cautious around fans.
Some are saying Key has been sick lately, because of his mood, and Taemin forgot/was late for a few of his lines during "Hello." As you can see, this isn't just taking a toll on SSK (Shin Se Kyung) and Jjong, but the entire group as a whole.
On a brighter note, Ryan Higa (known on Youtube as nigahiga) recently collaborated with ex-2PM-now-soloist Jay Park and Phil from Wong Fu Productions, to create a hilarious video!
I nearly cracked a rib watching this. Especially towards the end. "Your hair...it's so soft! It feels like, eyebrow hair." Did anyone else touch their eyebrow when Ryan said that? keke. I follow Ryan and KevJumba on Twitter, and one of their Twitter conversations from earlier also cracked me up:
KevJumba - @TheRealRyanHiga how come I didn't get to be in your bromantic comedy.
Ryan - @KevJumba because youuuuu didn't want to fly to LA haha
Kev - I know @jaybumaom is irressistable but come on...haha
^Gotta love those two. When Kev and Ryan do video collabs, they're a wondrous Asian comedy duo XDD
Today's song~
I'll be honest, lately my thoughts have been completely clouded with him. Sometimes during school, I might mistake a guy or two as him. Then for some reason, as I wake up, he suddenly pops in my mind.
Am I just being obsessive or is it actual love? BLAH. Who really knows...
Anyways, the song's refrain speaks a bit of my feelings. I mainly chose this song because I adore it, especially the high notes followed by "I love you for what you are." Because it's true, I've seen some of his colors, but at this point if I saw others, I still believe I'd like this guy.
And as for today's quote:
"Taemin: Since I met all the singers that I wanted to meet. Now I want to meet actors.
Jonghyun: Like Emma Watson?
Taemin: Yes! Like Emma Watson!"
- -Taemin/Jonghyun
That's all for today! I hope you had an excellent week, because mine was actually decent. Halloween is coming up, what's your costume? keke. Be safe and hope you have a happy Halloween too. Thanks for the read mina-san~

Notes (*):
My dream is to be a 9th Generation Member of Morning Musume. I pretty much established this blog as I followed the audition process, and right now I'm awaiting to see whether or not I pass on to the second round :]

The Peace is Wrapping Us
Konbanwa~
keke. I realized I accidentally repeated the same song of the day yesterday (@゜▽゜@) My bad~
I feel like huge weights were taken off my shoulders today. The weight being my Science Fair project. I'm so glad it's done and over with...for this year. Gah.
Come next year I'll probably have to do ANOTHER one -_-" NYA~
As I logged onto Allkpop today, the largest headline is still the same. "SHINee's Jonghyun and Shin Se Kyung Confirmed to be Dating!"
The only difference is, I think I've actually grown accustomed to this now. I mean, as fans you're supposed to love them no matter what, and if they're happy you should be happy.
But with their happiness also comes others discontent. Like pretty much everyone who approved predicted, there's a huge change in fans and anti-fans. Shin Se Kyung had to close her Minihompy down because of hate mail, hundreds left SHINee's fan cafe, more anti-fan cafes are sprouting, and some of Jonghyun's fan sites closed down.
Kanashii desu ne?* Although I'm surprised, more people were supportive of this relationship than those that weren't. Netizens are finally starting to become better people \(^ー^)/ I think...
Now that I think about it, lately I've been praying for a sign of what true love is like (you know, with the whole episode I made about my sudden 'realization' during Adoration at Retreat). I expected it to happen to me, but I kind of realized maybe this is the sign? In some cases, not only is true love "when the songs all make sense," but when you willingly let your relationship go in public and accept all forms of criticism. If it's true love, then the person that suffers alongside you will stay. If not, then they're just not the right fit. Get it? Of course, I won't let this bother me.
Although what bothers me now are the sudden rumors of tons of idols dating. The man who predicted Se Kyung and Jonghyun's dating is getting sudden attention as he noted he saw 2PM's Taecyeon and SNSD's Jessica constantly going to the movies together. There's also the (RIDICULOUS) rumor of Taemin dating f(x)'s Sulli.
I kind of need to vent here. Not only do I not like that rumor one bit, but even if she really wasn't dating Taemin, I don't like Sulli. She gives off a kind of fake and rude aura. I remember during Charice Pempengco's latest performance on Star King (back in July I believe), Sulli didn't really smile or clap like the others. Her smile just seems completely fake to me overall, too...
Enough of that. I'm starting to get angry now 彡(-_-;)彡
So, what I forgot to cover yesterday was the release of SNSD's new mini-album "Hoot"
The title song (already reviewed, but I'll do it again :3) definitely fits the concept they were aiming for (a super-spy kind of theme). Not to mention the refrain is catchy, making it a highly addictive song.
The second song titled "Mistake" kind of gives the feeling of a breakup (I think that really is the message if you translated it). It's a bit slow, and very sincere, giving off a peaceful feeling to those who are really suffering from heart ache.
The third track "My Best Friend" is a bit more upbeat, and you could say this slightly fits the concept as well. At certain points, I feel like dancing for some reason.
Fourth track "Wake Up" has got to be my second favorite track (behind Hoot). It's absolutely danceable, gives off a mature/sexy vibe, although the beginning sounded like a mix of a lower pitch of Run Devil Run or Abracadbra (by Brown Eyed Girls). Then the rest of the song kind of reminds you of Britney Spears. I didn't think of the reference, I just saw a comment and it kind of stuck to my head.
The last track (it's a mini-album, what do you expect?) "Snowy Wish" sounds like it's for the upcoming season right? You could say it does, I'm not fully aware of the meaning of the whole song but I do suddenly feel a holiday spirit rising.
(Sorry if these reviews seem sucky, I'm new to it so I'll get increasingly better over time)
Released today was Muten Musume (Morning Musuem's Sushi Promotional Unit)'s debut single "Appare Kaiten Zushi!" In all honesty, I've been humming both this and SHINee's "Hello" (It feels a bit awkward listening to it now though, but only Jonghyun's parts, since it was released around the time they started dating and you know where his feelings are going towards when he sings it) all day.
It's kind of sad though, the single itself only sold more than 3,000 copies. You'd think that'd be low on the Oricon charts, but surprisingly they hit #6 on the Daily charts. It's not bad at all, especially since there aren't any PVs or Promotions for the song. I wish there were though, this song deserves it! It's for promotional purposes, isn't it?
Some people assume this'll tarnish their reputation of being the leading group of Hello! Project, but you have to realize this isn't technically connected to Morning Musume's reputation, and some fans might not be aware of the Muten Musume label yet. But we'll see, come next week I wonder how high the ranking will be.
I just kind of have to throw this in here again, about the Jonghyun Se Kyung issue. I noticed people dubbed then "Jongkyung" I had no clue up until today that the name is actually Korean for "Respect." When you think about it, it makes a lot of sense. As a new and exposed couple, they should have the respect of being able to still kind of keep their lives private and not be judged for it.
Another thing that bothered me was the way Key's been acting lately. On SFI forums, someone posted a video of Key as he sat next to Jonghyun for a performance. Maybe he's sick, who knows, but at one point he looked (without smiling) at Jonghyun, and turned away as if nothing happened.
What set some people off though was that he no longer does the signature "JongKey" peace sign anymore. Poor Key D; I hope this news doesn't take too much of a toll on SHINee. Well, most likely Key. Everyone else seems just fine with it.
Gah. I can't help but feel my heart break again seeing Key like this. As much as I love Jonghyun too, it ticks me off to see how happily he's smiling. Of course, it's an idol's job to keep the fans happy and not look distressed, but there are times when you can't help it.
I just wish Jonghyun would show a bit more sympathy. Just thought I'd share that small bit with you.
So, today's song might as well be Appare Kaiten Zushi! to fit the occasion♪ Here's to great single sales for the rest of the week!
Note: These translations are very rough, you can tell some of it is grammatically incorrect. But since the song was officially released today, please forgive it ^^
And today's quote~
"So my dream isn't to become the "best", it's to be someone who I'm not ashamed to be."
- Key
Audition update:
I heard 2nd examination officially ends October 31st (Halloween). I feel a bit disappointed, but this isn't necessarily confirmed news yet, so I'm trying to keep hope. At this point, it seems foolish to keep hoping but if you don't keep a positive look at things, nothing will get better at all. Sigh. Today's been a confusing day....
That's all for today mina-san! Hope the rest of the week isn't too surprisingly, and that it goes well for you. Thanks for the read~

Goodbye Love Storm
Konbanwa :3
Gomenasai for not posting yesterday! I had to stay up until about 11 doing my Science Fair Board due tomorrow -_-" That's the one project I dread doing every year. What's the point of it really? All the good projects are for elementary schoolers XD!
Radio rip of C-ute's latest single "Aitai Lonely Christmas" has been released<3
Review: Since SHOCK, I've kind of been tuning into C-ute more. And I must admit, this song is pretty good :D It's like a ballad, but still with that pop sound. But I get the feeling it's sad. Then again, why wouldn't it be? It's Lonely Christmas.
Profile pictures for the song are out too~
Also revealed today was Berryz Koubou's Youtube Channel (I'm now eagerly waiting for Morning Musume's channel :3), profile pictures, and PV for their new single "Shining Power"
Review:
I like the song, it's not the best but it'll eventually grow on me. But what bothers me so much about the PV is the paint splatter, it doesn't match at all. Is it just me or is UFA getting cheaper and cheaper with their PVs? Like Morning Musume's outfits in Seishun Collection. I love that song, but their outfits look like they were made from parachutes! Gosh.
HOLY CREPES
SHINee's Kim Jonghyun and actress Shin Se Kyung confirmed they're dating?! Even though Jonghyun's not my favorite member (he's 2nd technically), I can't help but feel my heart kind of break. I'm sure thousands of ShaWols just died on the inside as well.
Says here they met back in May, and both listed each other as their ideal types. They've been dating for about a month now, and despite busy schedules, they usually walk around Shin Se Kyung's apartment whenever they can.
As cute as that sounds, this will definitely take adjustment. Good luck to you ShaWols suffering harder. I can't help but feel scared for the both of them though. Male idols are a lot more appealing when single, so Jonghyun's fanbase may suffer. And some super fans might start sending hate mail and usch to Se Kyung. Best of luck to them~
Honestly. I'm in so much shock right now, I don't think I can finish this post. And plus, the news practically crashed/lagged Allkpop servers. So it's impossible to access anything right now.
Let's just skip to today's song I suppose.
It's in no correlation at all to the Jonghyun news (My bias is Taemin man.), I just really love this song ^^
Morning Musume's 18th single "As For One Day"~
And today's quote:
"Jonghyun: I think the biggest problem is the yellow colour.
Key: The biggest problem is Taemin."

Don't You Have Dreams?!
Konbanwa~
Sorry for not posting yesterday. Tons of homework and such to complete, just couldn't find the time to blog. But that's ok! I have some pretty exciting news today<3 Well for one, the audio for SNSD's new song "Hoot" has been released! The audio is pretty low quality, once it improves I'll post that, but the song still sounds pretty good, ne? Then again from what I've heard, it'll probably be another hour until an HQ is released, so I'll edit when it does. But for now, enjoy this LQ video: Edit: Like I promised, here's a much higher quality audio version of Hoot:
Review:
Despite the bad quality, I must admit it is pretty catchy and obviously bound to be a hit. While I don't think it's one of their best, it'll probably eventually grow on me like all of their other songs (excluding Gee and Run Devil Run, I instantly loved those) have.
Also previously released was an MV teaser for "Hoot" as well ^^
It seriously does fit the 70s super-agent concept.
(Last thing I'll mention about them) ALSO released by SNSD was the 3D version of their song "Genie" You've heard the Japanese and the Korean versions, but have you seen it? Here's the video that doesn't require the 3D glasses, but from the way it looks, the MV would be seriously epic in 3D.
Even though it really urks me when people talk about it, I can't help but comment: Their legs are amazingly beautiful. I know, it sounds weird of me to say that but everyone who knows about SNSD knows they're most well-known for their legs.
OH! Almost forgot to post Jo Kwon's teaser for "Like Crazy." As I said earlier, I thought his teaser would probably be the best, and I stand by it.
He really should act in a drama or something. Jo Kwon's talent is absolutely amazing. I really felt like crying as I watched this.
One of my favorite bit of news today:
SHINee's going to be holding their first solo concert tour<3 It's kind of sad since it's been 2 years since their debut, but better now than never. Up until this point they'd had fan meetings and joined other tours (like SM Town Live) but never really had a concert to themselves. I'm pretty happy though ^^ Although I pity the ShaWols that want to go. There's apparently only 4,000 seats in the stadium they'll be in for two days. I smell all-out war! Hm. Not too much H!P news today. Since there isn't, I might as well talk a bit about my own life (yay?). At the moment, I'm pretty stressed a bit about assignments and such due this week. My Science Fair project is due this Wednesday, but all I've got left to do is the board. There's also this pretty long Anatomy and Physiology packet due Friday, along with an also long Health Science packet due at some point. Plus, Biology test tomorrow. I'll admit right now, no one and my class has really learned anything in Biology so far this year. All we get are notes and assignments to read the textbook. Does anyone necessarily do that? Not really. I probably should be reading the book right now, but I'm blogging at the moment aren't I? keke. But recently I've been trying to de-stress by watching Kim Hyun Joong's new drama "Playful Kiss" I'm only on the second episode, and while the acting seems partially mediocre and some scenes are kind of cheesey, I'm starting to like it. My friend was also over today, and suddenly we started looking at the covers of Morning Musume singles from Onna ni Sachi Are to their latest, Seishun Collection, trying to find conspiracies. Why you ask? Well, first of all, we were bored. Second, we wanted to see if there was any link between graduations from the group with the order they are in the covers, like the Love Machine curse. Little bit of MoMusu history: The Love Machine curse is seriously scary, because from the top right corner going down, then the top of the next column, is the exact order of the members as they left the group. Some of the members even acknowledged this on shows after they left, not even noticing until it was too late.
All the way to the top right (and this is the exact order they left as well):
Ishiguro Aya, (below her) Ichii Sayaka, (to the left of Aya), Nakazawa Yuuko, (below) Goto Maki, (next to Yuuko) Yasuda Kei, (below) Abe Natsumi, (left of Kei) Iida Kaori, (below) Yaguchi Mari.
I heard about this months ago, but since Halloween is drawing closer, it feels a bit more creepier than usual.
Today's song might as well fit the topic I was discussing, so here's Morning Musume's #1 most selling single ever (with over a million copies sold), Love Machine!
Few facts: Last single of Ishiguro Aya, released in 1999, debut single of Goto Maki, the group's best-selling single to date
Compared to today, excluding Iida Kaori, everyone looks absolutely different than they did back then. Hard to believe only 11 years has passed since that point, seems like just yesterday it hit 2000, ne?
And today's quote~
"You cannot appreciate the beauty of the sky at night without these five shining lights."
- Onew
Quick update on Morning Musume auditions:
Nothing on the website has been announced yet about whether or not the 2nd round has ended (last update was the 14th), so there's still a lot of hope! I didn't get any mail yesterday, sadly. However, I'm still keeping the faith up, so don't worry! Although it puzzles me how late this round is ending, since the auditions are supposed to be put onto MoMusu's 11th album, slated for release December 3rd.
I'll try not to let that fact bother me too much. Thanks for all the support everyone<3
That's all for today! Hope you had an excellent weekend and week, and hope this week goes just as well! I know mine will be pretty messed up, but this weekend is Halloween, so I'll have to shape up. Thanks for the read mina-san~

You're Not Alone, Everyone is Here
Konbanwa~
FINALLY. The weekend has arrived! I'm pretty excited :3 Well, kind of. I have my Science Fair project to work on (I haven't even made my procedure yet...keke!), but luckily I have friends coming over to help out ^^
Gah. Suddenly I feel pretty stressed out. But once next week is over, I feel like I can just barely relax a little bit! Although there's still my letter to worry about. I still haven't gotten anything in the mail. Starting to feel a little discouraged...but I can't give up now!
Let's try and steer away from the subject before I suddenly become depressed,
For some time now there's been a feud between SM Entertainment and broadcasting system/agency Mnet. However, recently they've been pulling together and trying to overcome the feud, and are now joining forces for movie productions and distribution of variety shows (Mnet has some of the best and most realistic).
Woot. Let's cheer for ending feuds~ This is great, because for some time, SM artists haven't been mentioned, or can even promote on any shows like M-Countdown (their music show, similar to Music Bank, Music Core, and Inkigayo).
Speaking of promotions, today's winner of Music Bank is 2PM*, who recently came back with their hit track "I'll Be Back." Congrats<3 I was watching the MV for that again, and towards the beginning it really seems like an exercise video to me, since they're practically jogging in place. Also on Music Bank, they also showed a small clip presenting SNSD's comeback with their new mini-album "Hoot." A MV teaser is set for release the 24th (this Sunday), the album comes out the 27th, and they officially come back on Music Bank on the 29th. In the rush and excitement of this, it seems whoever is in charge of titles misspelled their name "Girls Generation" as "Girls GENARATION" I wonder if that person speaks English? No disrespect intended.
The audio preview is starting to grow on me. I like the cover too ^^ Of course, this album is bound to not disappoint.
Also in other K-Pop news, more teasers for 2AM's new album "Saint O'Clcok" have been released.
Here's the 6th audio teaser featuring the track "KISS Urban Mix"
Definitely gives of a smooth vibe. Really starting to love this new album more and more♥
Also released were Seulong and Changmin's teasers for "Like Crazy"
I can't help but picture Seulong's as like a little boy crying. It seems like it, ne? And Changmin's seems a bit more mature. You definitely can't hate his high notes either.
This is getting exciting! Of the four members, three so far have presented their teasers. I'm getting pumped up to see Jo Kwon's, it's bound to be the best 8D!
Last bit of K-Pop news/something I want to review is Super Junior member Eunhyuk's cover of Jason Mraz's "I'm Yours" Skip to about 1:50
Oh my gosh. I absolutely LOVE his English<3 His voice suits this song, don't you think? His accent isn't really obvious either, even though I love Asian accents (Just to note to you now, I'm Filipino so if you're Asian please try not to be offended). Even though I'm still slightly suffering from a cold, I couldn't help but sing along with Eunhyuk.
It's amazing how I still can't over his voice. It's not literally the BEST but it's definitely up there somewhere.
In J-Pop news, small versions of covers for Morning Musume's new single Onna to Otoko no Lullaby Game are out!
I like the one in the top left and bottom right corners. Although I still don't approve of the outfits, they do look good in some covers.
I wonder when the PV will come out? Hohum.
Also announced, remaining 5th Generation Morning Musume members (and technically, current leader and subleader) Takahashi Ai and Niigaki Risa are having a Premium Christmas Dinner Show. It's usually fans that buy tickets to the dinner, eat with their favorite stars, and enjoy some performances by them. I heard they're a very lovely experience ^^
The tracklist for C-ute's upcoming 14th single "Aitai Lonely Christmas" has also been released.
Aitai Lonely Christmas
Seishun! Mugen Power
Aitai Lonely Christmas (Instrumental)
Remaining 6th generation members Kamei Eri, Michishige Sayumi, and Tanaka Reina recently announced that they'll be releasing a PB (Photobook) to commemorate their times before Eri graduates this upcoming December. -sniff. I'll miss Turtle* :[
Today's song is also like a love song, but I still find it pretty inspirational as well. The PV itself looks very beautiful though, it kind of motivates me a bit ^^
And today's quote~
"I am... Almighty sports man!! ^^"
- Taemin
That's all for today everyone! Hope you had a great week and have a fantastic weekend<3 Thanks for the read mina-san~
-Berry
Notes (*):
2PM - Opposite of 2AM, K-Pop boy band, usually does hip-hop songs over ballads
Turtle - Kamei Eri's nickname. The word "Kame" in her last name Kamei means turtle in Japanese
If I missed any notes, gomenasai (Sorry), please forgive me! I'm in a rush since it's so late

The Rain Has Stopped
Konbanwa~
I feel now a days that daily, I should probably post reviews of latest news instead of JUST reporting them. Sounds good, ne?
Yosh! Aws. Recently, Super Junior (another K-Pop boy band) member Kim Heechul posed with fellow member Kang-in, who's currently serving his mandatory 2 years military service (required for all Korean men).
More than anyone else who’s always on my side, master of aegyo, Young Woon. ㅋ I said to him “I just want to laugh and enjoy my life~ lately, there’s nobody around and nobody to lean on.” He responded by saying, “I’m sorry hyungah(brother).. i’m truly sorry…”He’s my little boy ㅋ
Aw. It's so sad that Kang-in won't be able to fully return to activities for another two years. And by the end of next year or so, Heechul will also leave for the army. TT^TT I'll miss them!
So how many of you in the United States (if not, globally) have heard of Far East Movement? If you haven't, have you heard of the song "Like a G6"? That's their song. And just recently, this song hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
This is seriously amazing, because this is technically an Asian group and no other popular Asian artist (like Wonder Girls, BoA, or Charice) has ever achieved such a high feat in the American music industry. Huge applause for them, this is a new step for Asian artists everywhere~
My review of "Like a G6"?
I've only heard it on the radio, but to me it's seriously catchy and I always want to dance to it. Although after a while it gets seriously annoying hearing the same exact thing over and over and over again.
Moving on...
The 5th audio teaser for 2AM's new album "Saint O'Clock" has been released, along with maknae* Jinwoon's video teaser as well! The audio teaser is for the song "Mirage"
Review:
It definitely has more English lyrics than the other teasers. Personally, so far my favorite song is "Can't Tell You I Love You" but I think with time, I'll definitely become addicted to this song.
Now here's Jinwoon's teaser for their title track "Like Crazy"
The beginning was kind of creepy, with such a blank white background, and then a tearful Jinwoon stretching out. But once he starts singing, you kind of feel the emotion in his tears T^T
In J-Pop news, my first (and one of my favorite) manga Fruits Basket is apparently going to be made into a Hollywood live-action film.
Now, I should be thoroughly excited right? Only, I'm not. According to the director, they're trying to make it more realistic than the manga or anime, since they're cutting out some things from the first volume, like the fact Tohru lived in a tent for a week.
Hello, the whole dang series is about people turning into Zodiac animals. Exactly how do you plan on making it as realistic as possible?
One thing I hate is when Hollywood makes the movies different from the intended plot. The whole reason people are watching is to see it follow the storyline, not see you venture into your own creative world. And not to sound racist, but I honestly hope the protagonists aren't white. It's like Dragon Ball Z, I honestly thought they killed that movie.
I mean, this is based off of an Asian series. You'd think the stars would actually be Asian. But I guess not in this kind of reality.
And remember yesterday, how I posted the profile picture for Morning Musume's new single?
Quick review of that.
I honestly don't think it matches with the theme of the song at all. When I heard the song, I imagined purple (don't ask why that's just how my mind thinks, keke), a sexyish and very princess-like image. Not...that. And since my mind is weird, I kind of associated the outfits to kind of match up with that new Bath and Body Works scent "Dark Kiss"
Let's just hope the choreography and PV* will be better than the outfits. Although I've really gotten my hopes up over PVs the past year, but they kind of turned out disappointing.
Now onto today's song~
It kind of describes my feelings towards love right now, I suppose. I can't stop thinking about him for some reason, and I can't wait until I see him again come next Confirmation (yes, I'm Catholic) class Monday. Hope I won't keep staring at him though, it'll get kind of weird if he keeps catching me.
And today's quote:
"There can be miracles when you believe, so you have to believe in yourself" - Charice Pempengco
Quick audition update: No letter yet. Keep praying and thanks for the support!
That's all for today everyone, thanks for the read mina-san~
-Berry
Notes (*):
maknae - Korean word referring to the youngest in a group
If I forgot any notes, forgive me I'm in a rush!

The Twilight of a Sad Love
Konbanwa~
Gah. Tiring day @A@ Still kind of fighting off that cold but nonetheless I'm doing a lot better than I did Monday ^^
There's some pretty exciting K-Pop news today.
More teasers + tracklist for SNSD's new album "Hoot" (which is scheduled for release October 27th) have been released♪
Track list:
1. 훗 (Hoot)
2. Wake up
3. 단짝 (My Best Friend)
4. 내 잘못이죠 (Mistake)
5. 첫눈에…(Snowy Wish)
At first, it kind of sounded a little creepy to me. But hearing a longer preview, I'm definitely excited to hear this the full version 8D
How many of you have heard of TVXQ? To those who haven't, recently 3 members sued SM Entertainment and formed their own group JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu).
A featured article of JYJ was posted on Billboard today. It seems they teamed up with Kanye West to create their debut album "The Beginning" It hit Korean stores October 14th, and is scheduled with an English version sometime in the next few months.
You can check out the article and previews of a few songs here:

More audio teasers for 2AM's* new album "Saint O'Clock" have been released as well ;D I haven't been keeping up to date with them, so here are the four teasers plus a few concept pictures that've been released the past week:
I'm seriously loving the concept pictures. They're so serious and professional. At the same time, all the members can be really outgoing and energetic, a great combo ^^
Now how many of you have heard of the Korean drama Baker King (or King of Baking), Kim Tak Gu? The star of the drama, Yoon Shi Yoon, recently posed for Elle Girl. Instead of his innocent-like appearance from the drama, he completely transformed into a new, really mysterious and shadowy kind of guy. And I'm loving it♥
In J-Pop news (because I have to speed this up, I forgot to print out something for Anatomy), the profile picture for Morning Musume's new single "Onna to Otoko no Lullaby Game" have been released!
In all honesty I'm not used at all to see this kind of thing. It looks simple but I kind of like how everyone has their own color over pseudo-matching. It'll take a while for me to adjust to the outfits though, because right now I can't help but think of them as downright boring...Perhaps even worse than Seishun Collection *A*
Also released by Morning Musume was a radio rip of the B-side for Muten Musume's (their Sushi sub unit) debut single "Appare Kaiten Zushi!" It's titled "Kura Sushi Bi~tsu Kura Pon!"
I thought it was seriously cute. It really appeals the young audiences that might buy it.
Today's song~
This is probably the second song I ever heard from Morning Musume, back when a friend asked me to take Mitsui Aika's lines for a fandub. It really grew on me, and it's been a favorite ever since. Now that I think about it, I've been a fan since about 2007, when Onna ni Sachi Are was released (that single came right after Kanashimi Twilight)
And today's quote as well:
"If you're allowed to be yourself, you won't do bad things to people!" - Tanaka Reina (Morning Musume)
That's all for today mina! Gosh it takes me so long to write these -_-" Thanks for the read~
-Berry
P.S I just noticed all the videos have a pink border. That's my bad I accidentally pressed that when I posted Shouganai yesterday and forgot to switch it back XDD!

And I'm loving it♥
In all honesty I'm not used at all to see this kind of thing.

When Will Your Dream Come True?
Konbanwa :D
I have officially moved from Namidacchi on Tumblr to Blogspot. Wooo -cheer-
Yosh. I feel pretty happy now.
To those of you who are new readers, it's great to meet you! Dozo yoroshiku~* I'll be constantly using Korean and Japanese words/phrases, just to let you know.
I usually like to blog about K-Pop and J-Pop, I put some pretty interesting stuff occasionally so be sure to keep reading ^^
Now then, since I've got studying to attend to, let's start off with K-Pop news.
It's official that SNSD*'s comeback, which is titled as "Hoot" (and has a Charlies Angels kind of theme), is scheduled to be released on the 27th and their comeback stage will be on Music Core, which is the 29th. Their website has also been fully updated with a slightly longer teaser!
Here's yesterday's teasers:
And today's teasers as well~
The second one kind of sounds creepy, but nonetheless I'm absolutely excited to hear the mini-album! It's hard to believe it's already been 7 months since Run Devil Run was released. Time passes by so quickly, ne?*
So to new readers, I'll establish that I'm a huge fan of J-Pop girl group Morning Musume* and SHINee. Fortunately for you fellow ShaWols*, a behind the scenes look at SHINee's* filming for the "Hello" MV was released 8D
It definitely is hard to be film and do photo shoots with the busy schedules they have.
Since there's not much time to spare, I'll (sadly) cut the K-Pop news short and jump to J-Pop
Otanjoubi omedetto gozimasu (Happy Birthday) to Morning Musume's subleader Niigaki Risa! She turns 22 years old today (October 20th, it may be 19th here but it's already 20th over in Japan).
Best wishes to Gakisan on her birthday, hope it's a blast★
Yosh! It's usual for me to name my title after a lyric or title to my song of the day, along with a quote. Since I consider this a clean slate, I might as well reuse a few songs that I really liked.
Today's song will be Morning Musume's 39th single, "Shouganai Yume Oibito" (Helpess Dream Chaser)
I might as well explain this one, along with why my title is blogged this way. My dream is to become a 9th generation member of Morning Musume, and right now they're holding auditons. Of course I applied, and if I get a letter then I can audition. So pray for me and support me :3 Thank you~
And today's quote:
"You cannot appreciate the beauty of the sky at night without these five shining lights."
- Onew
That's all for today mina-san!* Thanks for transitioning with me and thanks for the read~
-Berry
Notes (*): I do these so you don't get confused with the words/phrases I use :]
Konbanwa - Japanese for Good Evening
Dozo Yoroshiku - Japanese greeting, roughly translates to "Pleased to meet you, please take care of me"
SNSD - Pronounced So Nyuh Shi Dae, it means Girls Generation, the most popular K-Pop girl group in South Korea right now
Ne - Japanese meaning "Right?"
Morning Musume - A popular all girl J-Pop group, meaning Morning Daughter
SHINee - A K-Pop boy band that usually does contemporary R&B music
